Windsong Energy Solutions, LLC is a business venture between two seasoned North Carolina contractors.  Their  combined years of project management experience provide the techinical level of expertise required to construct a solar electric generating facility .  They hold active North Carolina General and Electrical Contractor licenses.  Windsong Energy conforms to North Carolina law GS 87-43 that requires solar electric renewable energy installation companies to be licensed electrical contractors.  The members have successfully completed over 116 hours of cetified photovoltaic installer training.  We're listed on NC Solar's Professional Directory.  Entry into the directory is based on qualifications, unlike some in the industry, where listings are really paid advertisements.  For your protection, we're fully insured and bonded; references furnished upon request.  Windsong Energy is a member of the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA).

Windsong Energy Solutions, LLC is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).  The USGBC developed the LEED Rating System for Green Buildings.  LEED is the abbreviation for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.   A LEED certified building is recognized by the USGBC as a high performance sustainable building.  Platinum represents the highest level of certification and exemplifies the meaning of green building.
